Where to Find Your Order Number

Your order number is included in the confirmation email sent immediately after checkout. It typically starts with "#MMS-" followed by digits. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from sales@meltmagicshop.com.

Tracking Not Updating?

Sometimes carriers take 24–48 hours to register the first scan after a label is created. If 48 hours have passed with no movement, contact us.
